Above and beyond expectaions
Joyce and Terry in Coquitlam15 windows and one patio door. I can't say enough good things about Long Life! I believe we not only purchased the best windows available but that they were installed by the best crew on the planet. Robert and his crew were not only extremely polite and knowledgeable, they were perfectionists. I was also impressed by the fact that safety precautions were taken, ie: ear and eye protection, proper footwear and scaffolding. This stressed to me the fact that long Life really does things right.
We noticed an immediate change in the heating and condensation issues from our old windows.
The owner, Pat, came by to check on the progress. How many companies do that?!
Each day the site was cleaned up before they left, an important factor with a puppy around. When the job was finished I think we could have eaten off the garage floor, not to mention the rest of the house. I'm sure they worked in nicer homes, but they treated mine with the care they would their own, very respectful. I see why there were no complaints against the company with the Better Business Bureau.
The donation on our behalf to CKNW childrens fund stresses that they give back to the community.
I'm so happy one of our neighbor's recommended them to us. A 10 does not give this company justice and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Bernard and his Long Life crew did a fabulous job
Dave Point GreyLong Life window replacement Bernard and his crew of three from Long Life replaced our windows with vinyl framed windows promptly and efficiently. Our house looks great and best of all the windows have already made a difference in keeping the heat in and noise out. Long Life replaced our upstairs windows 17 years ago, and my wife and I were so happy with their work at the time that we had to have our basement windows done by them too.
Long Life really knows how to replace windows; we'd recommend them to anyone who wants the best in the business.

Great service
Kate in LadnerNew windows and french door We initially had most of our windows replaced by Long Life 12 years ago, with the job completed without a single problem with the installation or with their products. We wanted to replace the one remaining original window and put in a french door so our natural choice was to go with the company we knew and trusted. Long Life did not let us down. Long Life installed our window and door on time, with two extremely pleasant and professional workers completing the job perfectly. I was also very surprised to find a tax receipt in our name from their support of CKNW Orphan's Fund. Another reason why it has been a privilege to be a repeat customer to this excellent business.

They accomodated our changing needs in our renovation, and were available to answer any questions we had. They always ensured they left a clean worksite at the end of the day. Highly recommend Long Life...far superior to other window supplier
James & Rosie - RichmondWindow and Patio door replacement It's been 5 months since Long Life replaced our 14 windows and patio door in Sept 2009, and we are very pleased with the quality of the Vinyltec windows, and have received many favourable comments about the updated exterior and increased value of our home.
I was very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the entire job from start to finish including the detailed and efficient quotation and job coordination from both Peter and Pat to the installation team of Bernard and crew who did a fabulous job with the installation leaving the job site clean and complete.
Having dealt with another Window supplier in the past with a previous home, I must say Long Life is far superior. I highly recommend Long Life Property Improvements Ltd. for window/patio door replacement in terms of product knowledge, in-depth quotation, warranty, competive pricing and quality of the installation and product.

Long Life did an absolutely fantastic job...
Chris & Dale - BurnabyWindow & Sliding Door Replacement We decided on Long Life for the replacement of our windows for a few reasons.
1) Nail Flange technique,
2) Vinyltek window design,
3) Vinyltek is made locally so this made the job a 'green' job,
4) Long Life's web-site and reviews from other customers
5) Long Life doesn't limit the crews to the amount of supplies they can use on a job. They encourage the crews to use what they need to ensure a well installed and securely sealed result.
6) choice of window glass (laminated windows have cut all dog barking - and we are surrounded by noisy dogs)
7) guarantee made on the job and the windows
8) References.
We expected a lot. And they more than delivered. The work done was superior, our energy rating on our hoome went way up as a result of the job they did. The crew kept the worksite tidy and were able to get the job done in just a few days (we had 13 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced).
I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Longlife installation team was excellent
Kenny and Merrill in VancouverWindow replacement Replacing all the windows in a house (21 windows in our case) is not a trivial job and not without a lot of potential pitfalls. But Robert and his team performed brilliantly inspite of some tough obstacles such as hard to access windows. Their pleasant demeanour, sense of humour and work ethic were extraordinary. If I had such a business I'd treat a crew like this very, very well.
