Misleading and gouging practices

Inquired about a rental unit quoted at starting at 1200$ to 1270$ for a 1 bedroom. Was then told the only unit near my budget was 1700$. They will force you add amenities they provide and do not include them in the cost. Scummy practices and horrible customer service. Guess this is what you get when the owner of the company was fined for election interference and not disclosing their precense in à development study. 1700 for 500 sq.ft is absolutely ludicrous. Gouging at its finest.
