Update, new heat pump installed very quickly. I am very pleased with the outcome.
My heat pump has not been functioning since the 3rd week of July. No AC so my appartment was at 26.5C with blinds closed, blackout curtains and 4 fans. It would have been higher otherwise. We had historical record for heatbin August, I also have medical issues. I have been in a constant battle since then, and now I don't have any heat, it's October 22. I am still waiting to find out when my heat pump will be replaced. My interactions with Brigil, from the day I signed a lease, has been the most frustrating and stressful situation to be in. I would not recommend them.
Update, I have contacted the city. Attached email confirming from superintendent to Longhill Energy "no access to AC".
The pictures represent no AC situation. Now I have a heater which is upright black unit.
