I ordered a sofa on line from sofa world. I dealt with the store on st.laurnt. blv. Ottawa. I was greeted by a lady named Norma who took care of any questions or concerns i had. It only took 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery guys were so nice and did an amazing job bringing up my sofa wich was a tight fit. The only concern i did have is the picture on line the sofa i ordered was a littke darker. I am actually happy with it being a little lighter. So yes i would order a sofa from sofa world again. Great quality.
