Very annoying and rude sales people. Students and sales people used deceptive practices. Once you are on their list, they will NOT stop calling you, no matter what you say, or how often you demand to have your name taken off the list.

We decided to give Weed Man a try when they showed up at our door Winter of 2012. After 4-5 months of their service, we noticed absolutely NO difference in our lawn. We were still getting weeds. Then the calls started! They would call 2 times a week offering more services, telling us we have grubs and they're killing our lawn (we had no grubs), it got to the point we were blocking their calls. When it came to canceling the service, it took 5 calls and a letter copied to the Better Business Bureau for them to cancel our service. Every time we called, we would get a call in a day or two saying they will begin the following years service and they had NO record of cancelation. I will never trust this company again.

Suppose to have weed control in an area with plants. Was told by 3 different people that it could be done. One person was actually shown the area! Was promised that it would not be a problem. After they came by I called because I was not home when they sprayed. They said wait a week if not better call back. I waited, they came back, they said they do not spray those areas. Called back, said I would get full refund in 2 weeks, waited 2 weeks, called back, now I am only getting back part because they fertilized. I was not happy with the company or the way they were untruthful vey step of the way. I should make a wager if I I'll get a cheque within 2 weeks or if I have to call again!

Basically we were a content customer for a number of years. They were dishonest and questionable tactics forced me to discontinue my relationship over a hundred and eighty dollars. I would definately not recommend them to anybody.

Had decided to use this company as I thought they had a good reputation. This was not the case as I found that when they did their treatments, they did not include the backyard each time. Depending on the service worker, it did not get completed. Had to call each time to remind them that we did not have a gated lock or animals and they could enter at any time to treat the backyard. Still found weeds after treatments and to this day, still receive calls asking us to use their service after saying no multiple times. They are very agressive sales people. Would not use again.

When we moved into our home 3 years ago, the lawn was in poor condition. It was filled with bare patches and crab and other types of invasive grass and weeds. Our lawn today is a lawn to be proud of. The bare patches are gone, and the lawn has a much more consistent texture. A healthy lawn adds so much to curb appeal for your home, and this company delivers what they promise - a nice looking lawn at a reasonable price.

We had the Weedman come and treat our front lawn as it was overgrown with prickly plants. We didn't have to wait long for them to come and they treated the lawn several times over the past years. I always found the staff friendly and helpful. Price also seemed reasonable.

Seasonal work for the last couple of years. Very professional and pleasant. Lawn looks great. Each visit the rep would come to the door prior to starting work to confirm that it was a convenient time to do application. Also came to door when finished and to report any problem with lawn. I'm very pleased with their work.

we have used weed man for he last 3 years and although I am happy with the decrease in weeds I have seen. I am still not satisfied nor I have I seen an improvement in my lawn. With all the other services they offer which up until this year we were using with the exception of less weeds my grass looks the same. When we stopped some of the other services we kept getting annoying soliciting calls from them.
