We had our dream home built by Leo Scomparin of Lakeshore Custom Homes Inc. this year. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased with his trades and suppliers. He is very professional and honest. His system of open book Project Management suited my wife and I very well as we felt a part of the entire process.
His technical knowledge and is very good and his attention to the smallest details is remarkable.
