After reading the other reviews here, I can shed some light on both the great and the not-so great reviews.
We needed a crew to paint my in-laws' new townhouse. Matt came out and did an amazing job of estimating, accommodating changes and being patient while we sorted out our schedule of other renos that were interfering. The initial crew sent in was a very nice team, but lacked experience, and a number of areas needed re-work. Matt dealt with this very professionally, and always kept us confident that he would make sure we were satisfied before he considered the job done. He truly understands the concept of customer service!
The rework (and some additional work downstairs) was done by Jason. Jason clearly loves what he does - he was accommodating and patient, as well as being friendly and efficient. Bottom line - I'd recommend this company - they'll either get it right or make it right. Thanks Matt and Jason!
