In June I had my water heater replaced. They are now saying I didn’t pay! I paid and they still haven’t finished the work. They are literally double charging me a year later. If I hadn’t kept records I’d be out another 1500 $ they didn’t even remove the old water heater! Never go here

They put in new water tank no drop cloths walked through basement shoes on then left i checked hour later water everywhere got attitude from guy on phone they did not weld it properly lucky i did not leave house basement would have been flooded bad choice and no apology

I bought my house recently and it had a lot of plumbing problems, called balcaen and sons and they did a good job fixing everything inlcluding a not bolted down toilet and a ton of leaky pipes. The spent about 8 hours and gave a detailed report of all the work. First experience with hiring a plumber but no complaints here.
