Ensign Electronic Alarm Systems Ltd

Do not purchase this service. Alarm went off and no
phone call for 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. I am
paying for a service that is non existent!!

I have personally used Ensign Alarms for over 20 years and in multiple locations and have found them to be incredibly careful in installing, moving and monitoring my homes and businesses. Have NEVER once had a problem they could not fix almost immediately (and the problems were few and far between. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Gord owner in Welland was suppose to bring me a camera system that I could put up to 8 cameras his userface he sent and installed only holds 4 unable to add cameras to it with repurchasing. Every year the system blanks out at least one camera and I was told to use default in case ever happens again, but I am unable to control my own system as it seems like they are to increase business calls. I find that having this is more intrusive than the person doing damaging acts and am very unsatisfied with the camera system as half the time it isnt running correctly anyway.

We had this company install and monitor our system for more than 15 years...excellent service and when we were in need of a replacement for the system they provided a quick and cost effective replacement.
