Not professional, rude and agressive
The bottom line is: stay away from them. Sheldon is a very rude and aggressive person. His mind is rusted with a big crown on his head called "I am a boss". He makes a problem out of simple questions. He kicked me out of the shop because I found defects on the countertops which he wanted to sell me as a "black box". He refused not even to fix them, he refused even further conversation. He didn't allow me to make pictures of the defects. As soon as I pointed at the defects he pointed at the exit door with the demand to leave his property immediately. When a business owner tells a customer "I don't care, call to police, or suit me in court" business culture is ruined. He is not a professional person to do business with.
