We had a schedule for duct cleaning they called said their car got taken away and will reschedule. In that case they should put today’s appt as soon as possible. Horrible management. We took a day off from work today just for that too.

Two guys came on time. They charged a basic fee plus $5 per vent. The also charged an additional $40 for location outside of GTA. The job was reasonably quick, about 90min. In case you are curious, they did not show me what was like inside the duct. They just came in and do the job. Worth mentioned though, the vacuum inside the truck seemed powerful.

The two people who came were punctual and polite. Work done was satisfactory. They were quicker than estimated. One asked to use the washroom, which we did not like. It was fine.
