During the big ice storm we had earlier this year, there was a massive flood in our basement. It started in the crawl space and spread into the main area of the basement. We searched online and called a bunch of places, but they were all fully booked and didn’t have any appointments for days due to the storm and the amount of flooding. We finally found Slaw and his company Megacity Waterproofing and he and another member of his team came quickly to clean and fix our problem.
We didn’t know at the time that our sump pump wasn’t working. So after getting rid of all the water and cleaning up Slaw replaced the old sump pump and got everything working properly again. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Megacity Waterproofing for any problems relating to waterproofing your house etc. Slaw and his team are amazing
