I cannot say enough for the excellence in service that I have gotten to know and rely on with AAA since they were recommended to me five years ago.
Nothing ever seems to be too big or small for that crew and trust me, Ive called for little stuff that was minute to them but huge to me in those moments. I also had the actual, dreaded No Heat happen too, in the middle of February, no less. Also, no problem for them and as assured, by the Owners, I was cozy again in no time at all. Additionally, I love their regular check up service too. They keep everything clean and efficient. Who wants to pay more on fuel? Not me. Alas, I have become a senior and in this crazy inflated economy, value and every penny counts to my group when searching for local businesses that offer both reliability and the best price for the conscientious. We need the service and they know it but dont gouge us like so many do. They never disappoint on service nor on bang for my bucks and I am very, very pleased to Highly Recommend this hometown business. Search done.

came home found oil all over basement this from oilwater heater purchased 2 years ago from AAA at the cost of a few thousand dollars. Was told oh well warranty only good one year. We can burn off the oil and reinstall for 700.00 or you can buy a new one. So we went out to canadian tire to purchase a electric one . got home to find AAA there installing a new one .We said we dont want it. They said they were installing it free under warranty, We made sure to confirm this then said okay. now we have a bill for 1900.00 These people should not be allowed to do business with anyone.

Each heating season we shop around to get the best price for cleaning and servicing our hot water furnace. This year we decided to try AAA Plumbing & Heating Ltd. We decided to go with the complete coverage for the heating system, which included a complete cleaning of the furnace and also a maintenance package if anything should happen to our furnace throughout the winter months. This included any parts and labour that had to be done to have our furnace running properly. From the time they entered our home they made sure that they didn't leave any mess behind and also they explained everything that they were doing when they cleaned our furnace. This company made me feel very secure in knowing that my furnace is prepared for the cold months ahead and that they will be there if I need them.

Every year I have the furnace checked and cleaned getting it ready for the heating season. For the past 2 seasons I have used AAA Heating and Plumbing and they had done an excellent job. With the cleaning there is also a furnace plan that you can purchase which will give you peace of mind if something should happen to your furnace during the winter. This company will look after all your requirements to ensure that your heating system is working at its full potential.
