Jason was Super polite and knowledgeable- knew what I was already quoted, did an assesment and offered some suggestions, but in no way was he trying to "up-sell" or make me feel uncomfortable, it was all up to me and it was great!
My carpets look fantastic and it was all done so quick (not stopping to answer text messages and chat with friends- unlike the previous guys)!!
