Very impressed with the service. Only reliable 24 hr service that I've called. The rest listed on the internet aren't reliable, they don't even bother to call you. Technician on call( Jason) was very patient in helping us and walked us through all the step on how to stop the water leak. Jeff the technician who actually installed the new one was awesome. Really took the time in explaining the stuff we need to know and was patient with my husband since he asked so many questions. Very well done job Jeff.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone.
The fee was worth it and we even bought a 5 year membership plan that we know we will never regret buying, considering the benefits from it.
