Opening for island was cut off centre and was installed before we noticed. Very poor customer service; scheduled repair and workmen never showed. No phone call to explain. My phone calls and emails not returned, Very frustrating to deal with GT.

Thank you for your review. Upon receiving it I followed up with my staff and learned that your concern was already scheduled to be addressed. I was intially thrown off by your description but quickly figured out you were refering to the shape of the sink hole being parially out of round. I understand this has now been rectified. I do appologise we didn't respond in a timely enough manor for you. This is typically not a concern and unfortunately we were dealing with a few minor setbacks that lead to the delay in your project.
