Previously, I used Classic to supply a 20 foot natural gas hose and replace the 10 foot hose on our fire table. I hadn't used Classic previously and didn't know what to expect.
Karen, in the service department was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with and she set up the appointment.
Chris and Matt were assigned to do the work. They let me know when they were on their way, showed up on time, did their work and explained what they were doing.
At the time they mentioned they serviced a number of gas appliances and indicated they had a cleaning/health check service for fireplaces. I was impressed with their work and the company in general, so I arranged with Karen for the guys to come out and check our 20 year old gas fireplace.
Again, Chris and Matt let me know when they were on their way, showed up on time, did their work and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they did, the tests they performed and the associated results.
I had a very positive experience on both occasions.
