During early-November cold spell furnace stopped working. Could only schedule service three or 4 days in future (I guess because first cold spell is when broken furnaces are noticed). Technician arrived at scheduled time, identified problem quickly, and explained and showed it to me. Repair completed in less than an hour. Cost could be charged to monthly Enbridge bill.

The staff did an excellent job. They did a thorough job and they did not leave a mess behind. The staff was also very courteous. Overall we were very satisfied with the work done and we would definetely use them in the future

This place has amazing service - from the initial purchase to the installation and ensuing customer service. Everyone who worked there was knowledgable and the work was very professional. I was so pleased with the quality of work and how fast it was completed.
