Manufactured and installed 4 basement windows. Product has excellent quality, price was competitive, installation was excellent. Very nice finishes on window interiors. Promptly arrived as schedule and installed 4 windows within 3 hours. Salesman was courteous and helpful. Plan to use this company for all future window replacements.
Serviced malfunctioning furnace
During early-November cold spell furnace stopped working. Could only schedule service three or 4 days in future (I guess because first cold spell is when broken furnaces are noticed). Technician arrived at scheduled time, identified problem quickly, and explained and showed it to me. Repair completed in less than an hour. Cost could be charged to monthly Enbridge bill.
THEY ORDERED THE WRONG DOORS TO START WITH AFTER ALREADY DELAYING THE START DATE BY ABOUT 2 WEEKS, THEY DELAYED A WEEK BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3 DAYS TOOK 3 WEEKS. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB OF PUTTING THE BRICK BACK. THE GUY WAS HARD TO GET AHOLD OF. IT GOT DELAYED YET AGAIN BECAUSE THE TOP LOCK WAS NOT THERE. IN A NUTSHELL THEY MESSED UP WE HAD TO FINISH OUR OWN PLASTERING. IT ENDED UP TAKING 6 OR 7 WEEKS AND THE BRICK STILL ISNT FIXED AND THEY DID'T CLEAN ANYTHING UP.
