I've just received my new sofa and wing chair. I'm extremely happy with both. They are beautifully well made, sturdy, comfortable - and everything is exactly as I'd ordered. This is my second purchase - bought a sofa from them 2 or 3 years ago and that was another great purchase!
This time I was lucky enough to wander into the showroom when they were having a sale and got both pieces for less than I'd budgeted for the sofa. They also included 2 gorgeous throw pillows in the purchase.
The saleswoman Patricia who helped me knows her stock like the back of her hand. I feel like she showed me every bolt of fabric in the building - all with a kind smile and no hint of impatience. What a pro!
Finally I've got to commend the delivery service the company uses. These fellows are very pleasant, quick and efficient. They work with shoes off or on - whatever you prefer - and remove all the protective wrapping and install protective felt pads on the feet of your furniture. They clear all the wrappings away and are in and out of your house in a snap.
Everything about the experience of getting my furniture was super - the only teeny tiny downside is that you do have to wait a bit for it to be made. They did tell me up front that it would be about 6 - 8 weeks and it ultimately just took 6, but I was a bit impatient to get my stuff :-) The only possible improvement for me would be if they could somehow get the furniture made up a big quicker than that, but I suppose it wouldn't be the same quality if it got banged out in a week! All in all I'm very happy and will definitely be back again.
