Where do I begin???? It has been nothing but torture since 2012....false alarms numerous times resulting in firefighters breaking down the door to get into the home, terrible customer service, constantly charging for techs to come out to fix the MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT...no response to emails from the GM...no response from the GM to the Better Business Bureau after filing complaints with them. The last straw was the system was not communicating...they wanted to charge us 170.00 to replace the panel that no longer worked, we asked for them to cover this fee, they declined...they would rather lose a customer that has paid their bills faithfully for 5 years and put up with all their crap then to cover the cost of 170.00 which equates to 5 months of monitoring. Told them to cancel the service immediately. Stay away from this company!!!! If you have any problems with your system, they will not only NOT RESPOND but CONTINUALLY CHARGE YOU TO FIX IT!
