Excellent experience start to finish. Nick and his team were communicative, curteous, informative, available on short notice, competitievly priced, arrived on time, and, most importantly: went well above our expectations in the finished result. We wanted a quick overall clean of an aparentment we'd lived in for three years (with dog). The result was a spotless dwelling to pto bottom in under 5 hours. The walls, floors, kitchen applicanes & cabinets, all bathroom fixtures, celiing fans were closely detailed. The recycling bins were wiped out, and even the dryer lint trap had been cleaned! Small details like that go a long way. And the stairs/foyer hadn't been included in the quote, but were done anyway. I will use them again, and would recommend them to anyone wihtout hesitation.

Lustre's cleaners were fully-equipped and worked quickly and well. They took on dusty chaos and left me with beautifully clean rooms. Next day the window cleaner made my living room windows sparkle as never before. All in all, a most satisfactory experience.

I dealt wit Nick from Lustre Luxury Cleaning services. They were on time, kept the price to what was agreed upon. They did an excellent job cleaning the apartment after a very messy tenant moved out. I recently sold a condo in downtown Toronto and thought it would be nice to have it cleaned so the new owners could move in. After reading a couple of reviews about Lustre I decided to try them. I am so glad I did. I met with Nick and he was a real gentleman and knew exactly what was needed. The two ladies who did the cleaning did an exceptional job.
