A friend recommended Lazer Appliance when our Whirlpool dishwasher stopped working. I sent Lazer Appliance an email explaining the problem and they responded very quickly. When Garnett came by to examine the appliance he was friendly, professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem - that the motor had seized and offered a wealth of valuable information: How long the motor should have lasted, how much it would cost to replace, the cost of Whirlpool's labour charge and best of all advice on how to deal with the manufacturer so we could (hopefully!) save a bit of money and get the part we needed for less. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone to service a major appliance.
