Our experience with Kia was great. His quote was detailed and he was very good about keeping costs to a minimum. He made recommendations we hadn't thought of but never tried to upsell anything. On the contrary he actually threw in a gift or two! He always answered texts and phone messages and was on site when promised. When a glitch happened with the city due to no fault of his, but because of the age of the home, he took care of everything without causing any worry for us. All work was completed as agreed upon.
I would use Kiya again in the future, and would highly recommend him.
