The hot water in my kitchen had slowed to a trickle, I called J&S, and Ryan and David came out today to have a look. They had the problem diagnosed within minutes (the hot water tap on the faucet was clogged), and had it unclogged, and back to normal in no time.

They were both very friendly, thorough, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me, and let me know that the faucet itself may be starting to wear out (just due to age), and told me exactly what to watch for. Pricing was also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs, and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work done.
