The design consultant, Pete was very professional, went out of his way to assist me and was very accessible. I was very pleased with the service received from the inital consultation to the final installation. It was worth every penny and now I have a brand new kitchen!

The countertops were delivered and installed quickly and efficiently. They are beautiful! However, as a part of the package, it was necessary to bring in a plumber to install new sinks (also supplied by Granite Transformations), and re-attach waste disposal unit below the sink following their installation. This additional work was not 100% as the disposal now leaks a bit. Furthermore there was some electrical work (removing and reinstalling lighting beneath cabinets) that was not identified at the time the work was being assessed for pricing by the sales rep. This electrical work was done satisfactorily by the homeowner but probably many less handy homeowners would have had to afford one or two extra visits by an electrician and so more unplanned cost of the project.

I saw this company's products on a TV show so I went online to see what they offered. We were doing a kitchen renovation but didn't want to spend too much. We chose to have their Rocksolid Granit installed right over our existing counters. This saved a huge expense of removing and disposing of old counters. The new surface has look of granite but is nonporous and never needs to be re-sealed so the upkeep is even better than granite plus it is a fraction of the cost. We also had their glass mosaic slabs installed over our tile backsplash. Again no mess of removal and very quick installation. Everyone from the company was good. The person who did the measure and the installers all came when they said they would and had the job done exactly on schedule. They also cleaned up the job site really well so there was minimal mess. Our kitchen was transformed.

They were extremely helpful and accurate. The top fit perfectly and the product itself is excellent. The countertop is hard-wearing, does not watermark and is very simple to keep clean. The pricing is excellent, far cheaper than traditional granite, better wearing and they will install over your own countertop. I plan to have a secod bathroom done now.

I've installed countertops from Granite Transformations in the kitchens and bathrooms of my last two homes and I'm totally smitten with how their products look and perform. I also recommend them to all my clients. Their contertops are made using real granite stones of a uniform size that are mixed with a polymer so that the final product is only 1/4 inch thick. You can have it installed right over your existing countertop, you don't have any of the maintenance hassles of slab granite (namely regular sealing), and it's about 30% less expensive than slab granite as well. Personally, I wouldn't use anything else for countertops.

More than excellent. My counter cracked. They stand behind the product. It was replaced at no cost to me.
