The experience of buying appliances started out great.
Our Sales Lady seemed to be onboard with what we wanted.
However once the sale was basically settled, all customer service from her dropped to zero. Delivery times were mixed up and fridge was scratched on the way through the door. The delivery guys managed to hind the scratched fridge by placing it beside the boxed oven.
Once the contractor started to install I noticed the scratches.
We are still waiting for new fridge handles, it has been over 4 months and no handles. Goemans subcontracts some of their customer service through Sutton & Son. This way Goemans can wash their hands of any further problems.
The only saving grace in this whole experience was one person in the customer service dept.
Sure the appliances are great, but you can basically buy them elsewhere with less hassle.
