Full Home Renovation and Service Upgrade by Hotwire Electric
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had hired Hotwire Electric a few months ago for a complete renovation with new service, new panel, and total home wiring. All the details and attention the project encompassed were handled exceptionally by Oris and his professional crew.
All changes requested got immediate attention and were addressed on schedule to ensure we were not held back or delayed during the process.
Hotwire is benefiting from the setup of a technical guru: Oris and contracts and invoicing expert: Hanna. They are covering the project seamlessly to make sure the client receives immediate response on the both aspects of the project.
They have done an exceptional job above and beyond what our expectations were.
Not on the positive side rather, the only comment I would like to add is that, they would need to think of a setup not to missed any messages to the number of calls they receive, their company voice message box was full and not accepting new messages over the weekend a couple of times. They respond to emails instantly though.
I can't thank them more of the exceptional job Hotwire has done for us, and can’t wait to call them back for another project. They were the only contractor we had which delivered 100% and maybe more.
