It starts and ends with good service. Sales agent through to delivery.
The crew that showed up was attentive to detail, respectful of the space they were working in and clean. I have had had many contractors do work for me over the years and they guys were top notch. They used drop cloths in every work area of the house, removed the old windows and garbage and may have left the place cleaner than they found it. They started on time every day and were extra accommodating in working around and with the an alarm installation.
There might be marginally cheaper alternatives out there, but if you are going to have people trek through your house pay for the good service and knowledge that the installer and manufacturer are one and the same.
