Had a great start with Tina. Very good, professional. Was promised a date to install, on the day of supposed install I called & was told that there is no installation scheduled. I was very upset and escalated as I spoke to the manager who said she does all the install schedules. She did not help in any way nor do anything to de-escalate the growing frustration & Anger. I yet to have my shades installed! I will NOT be recommending this company to my 28 new neighbours because of this woman who handled my situation poorly. I will be writing a letter.
