Drilled hole into water pipe

While doing renos in the Bathroom, I accidentally drilled a hole into the cold water pipe (Wirsbo) cold water serving the riser. managed to stop the leak, using a small pair of vice grips. called the strata to notify, Benchmark was sent to repair. Repairman replaced the section of pipe waited 30 min for ring to set, but found a small leak on the clamp. Repiped the line left for 40 min. slowly charged up but still a leak appeared. Having runout of rings a ball valve was installed, this one held. However we're now into overtime. Next day the pipe was replaced for the fourth time tested and held. My complaint is the job was done, redone
...redone again, and completed on the fourth try. The bill was now at a
whopping 932.12 which was billed to my credit card.

After speaking directly with Jeff, he agreed to reduce the overall bill, to an amount that I found acceptable. Because this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction I will update my rating of Benchmark Mechanical to a solid eight.

Approximate cost of services:
$932.13
