As a new homeowner, I was thrilled to discover the prior owners had installed heavy, impractical concrete composite tile roofing. It was badly worn early in it's theoretical life, and required expensive disposal. Avenue Road provided one of the more competitive quotes, and crucially, knew about that kind of roofing and how to handle it (many didn't.) The work was completed quickly, financing was easy, and their clean-up was excellent. Repairing some squirrel damage around two points was intended to be part of the work, but not clearly documented in the contract (rookie mistake), which made for some awkward and less-than-congenial follow-up conversations, but eventually, all was made right without additional charge. I'd recommend them, provided you do your homework and are thorough in documenting the exact scope and scale of work - I will use them myself again.
