Herman was incredibly patient with our indecision as to what blinds to put in our Markham home. And we are extremely happy with the results. The blinds are stunning, and the price was terrific. But moreover, he and his wife Kitty were truly kind and listened to our needs. I can't recommend anyone more highly. He also installed blinds in our condo at the Ritz Carlton in 2011 which has floor to ceiling windows, so black out performance was essential, and they look and perform great. A truly exceptional professional who cares deeply about his clients. He is absolutely not about the hard sell and will tell you if you are doing unnecessary work. He just wants you to be happy. And it really shows.
