I add this to the substantial chorus of dissatisfied customers with Alleen's. I purchased from Alleen's a pair of sheers for our condo, to be hung in front of Lutron automated blinds. The Lutron blinds worked normally before the sheers were hung, and immediately after, the blind became twisted and inoperative. Alleen's did not respond to my request to have a competent Lutron installer fix the twisted blind, so I had to choose another company. The technician told me that the housing for the Lutron blind had been displaced, causing the problem. decided to choose Alleen's.
