Toronto Clear View Window Cleaning, Inc.

We had Clear View clean our Windows in July 2010, my apologies for not posting this review much sooner. I had chosen Clear View based on the positive reviews I had read on Home Stars.

Our windows were particularly dirty this past year due to the dust and grime from major road construction that was recently completed on our street.

I don't know the name of the lad who came to our house, but he was very prompt, ringing the doorbell at 11 exactly.

He was friendly and explained what he would be doing. I particularly appreciate the job he did with our front living room window, especially since he had to climb over some overgrown bushes to complete the job. (They will be gone by next year!)

Before he left he went around the house to do his final inspection and even took the ladder back off of the car to touch up an area.

I appreciated that he took the time to point out areas that he felt were foggy due to window age and sun damage, even though I hadn't noticed. They looked good to me! He did a great job with the sliders and the frames.

We were impressed with the cleaning itself, as well as the follow up call we received from Brian after the fact. I have never had any company follow up after service was completed, making sure we were satisfied. I was very happy with the cleaning, but that customer service really sealed the deal.

We will most definatley look to Clear View if we require window cleaning in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
