Egor was friendly and responsive. I found him to be very knowledgeable and competent. He made three trips to my home to resolve my freezer issue and the amount billed was reasonable for the time he spent travelling and on the job.

Egor arrived on time, was very professional and humorous, and most importantly he took the time to properly diagnose and fix my dryer and freezer!! He also provided tips on how to prevent my dryer issue from happening again, and prevented me from needing to order unnecessary freezer parts from the supplier.

He's very transparent with his pricing and walks you through the steps of what he's doing, what the next steps are, etc.

I had called Igor to fix our dishwasher that seemed to have a failed water pump. He was very responsive and was able to come by the next day first thing in the morning. He showed up on time and by then the dishwash seemed to have fixed itself and all was well. He ran a couple tests and concluded that something was probably caught in the pump and worked itself free. Although he didn't have to do much, I really appreciate his prompt service and honest assessment. I would gladly call him again if I have further problems in the future with any appliance.

Igor was great. He showed up full of enthusiasm.
It took some time to find the right part as the oven is old and no serial numbers were identifiable.
He had it installed in no time at all, ahead of schedule.

We hired Egor to fix our dryer and he was timely, efficient and reasonably priced! He was able to identify the issue right away and fixed our dryer in less than an hour. We would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Dishwasher had some design quirks but Igor was super resourceful and made it work. Worked quite fast as well - but didn't rush. Also a plus that he's a super nice guy. Would reccommend!
