We've recently had an issue with our windows leaking resulting in the inside trim getting warped. We were told by the company who installed the windows that it could be a possible leak from the roof although I was not convinced as no evidence supported this theory. I called Elite to provide an expert opinion on the issue, they responded VERY quickly and showed up the next day with Flori doing a full inspection around the windows (inside and out) as well as the roof and he determined the leak was NOT from the roof. First impressions are paramount and was evident from Flori's inspection that he is honest and professional and would not hesitate to hire Elite for our roofing needs in the future.
