Flat Roof Replacement (Job Abandoned)
Initially, Gen Home (and Nat, the owner) was fantastic: very responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. The team onsite who did the work was also great. They were professional, friendly and efficient.
The work that was completed was very good. Unfortunately though the job was never finished and eventually abandoned. Eaves troughs and downspouts were never installed. Flashing and repairs to the fence (which was removed and reinstalled) were never completed.
After multiple calls and emails over many months, and an initial commitment to return to finish the job, they stopped responding.
I'm not sure if they're still in business? This also unfortunately impacts the 10-year warranty on the roof. I have now had to get someone else to finish the work.

We are still in business .
We didn't abandon the Job, we had a contract that we stipulated and we was ask two days prior closing to leave.
We did your roof and your neighbour at the same time.You were out of the country for your personal business and your Wife asked us to leave , because you had guests over at the house and we were asked to get out two days before our stipulated agreement. You can ask your neighbour who allowed us to complete the work and we installed the deck perfectly.
We were locked out of the property for no reason.. The job was moving as scheduled and perfectly executed.
To come back months later there is set up cost and I believe that we all have to own up to our actions. That way I didn't collect a portion of the payment that was above the cost of 8 Ft Gutter.
You don't lose the warranty on the roof , GENHOMES didn't leave you with out coverage that is file at IKO under Homeowners.
Trust me you do not need warranty, our work is bulletproof.
