Insulation review in

My office is above the garage and was pretty hot. I would sweat even though the ac was running non-stop.
The warm cozy cozy company told me that I needed more insulation in my attic as well as my garage ceiling and my exterior walls.
They give me a good deal and completed the work in 1.5 day.
I'm very happy with the result. My office is now pretty tempered. The funny thing is that my house was built in the 90s so you would think that the ok insulation is decent.
Apparently not.
