LG Home Comfort ratings are NOT an "Accident"

I have nothing but praise for the folks at LG Home Comfort, all the while putting up with me over time, as I have been CONSTANTLY complaining. I'm sure you may/probably have a service company that you work with, BUT, finding the "RIGHT" service company, like LG Home Comfort, is kinda rare these days.
Problem IS, I HAVE LOST any faith in them getting my LG system up and running...because of the faulty advice and back up tech support at LG Canada (the worldwide manufacturer!)
Now, however, everything is up and running correctly with some intervention from an independent 45 year experienced analytical diagnostician ....all works like a fine swiss watch now!!

LG Home Comfort ratings MUST BE paid for

I have nothing but VERY LIMITED praise for the folks at LG Home Comfort, all the while putting up with me over time, as I have been CONSTANTLY complaining. I'm sure you may/probably have a service company that you work with, BUT, finding the "RIGHT" service company, like LG Home Comfort, is kinda rare these days.
Problem IS, I HAVE LOST any faith in them getting my LG system up and running...I've made some WRONG decisions before, BUT, this one is right at the top...they cannot repair, that, which they know NOTHING ABOUT!

I have nothing but praise for the folks at LG Home Comfort, all the while putting up with me over time. I'm sure you may/probably have a service company that you work with, BUT, finding the "RIGHT" service company, like LG Home Comfort, is kinda rare these days. They answer their phones, the staff is respectful and kind, even with me PITA (my wife's description of ME!!), and when they promise to take care of our equipment (2 FULL LG HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS installed by "others") their word is gold, their honesty is almost shocking, and their staff and techs, reminds me of the "good old days". I sure hope this will be the last time I have to look...staying with LG Home Comfort, and my advice, give them a try, they WILL honour your trust!! Mike B.
