Elton came to my house and inspected it. He was very nice. He said we will even seal the attic door. When they came to perform the insulation installation they said the space was bigger than they were told. Then I was told that the attic door is too small to seal. The installer said not to worry about the room we run the hose through will be as clean as they are now. They said that the job was done and left. I found my front door open and a thick layer of insulation dust over everything in my son's room and the entrance way. I spent an hour cleaning the insulation. When I complained to Elton, he said that the door size was my fault and I should have known. He made no apology for the mess or not informing me that the attic door could not be sealed. He spent an hour on the phone with me, telling me how great he was, except this time... Not trustworthy. Your right it is my fault. I chose your company to do the work. Don't make the same mistake I did. UPDATE: After posting this review, someone contacted me and offered to discount the work based on my experience. I appreciate that.
