When Jordan (owner) showed up to do the quote, he took the time to educate us on their approach to radon mitigation. Only then did he start the process to understand what Great West would need to do to successfully complete the project.
When Devon and partner showed up (on time) to actually do the install, he first confirmed everything that I had spoken about to Jordan. Install and cleanup was complete well within the 4-6 hour window they estimated.
Devon advised it would take 2-3 days for the radon levels to approach end point values. We have an Airthings puck to monitor our radon levels. 20 hours after the install we are already down below 50 BQ/M3.
Overall very positive experience.
