Shawn was very quick to respond to requests and the quality of his work was excellent.

We hired Shawn and his team to renovate our basement. From design to completion Shawn and his team went above and beyond expectations. The project did have a couple hiccups but Shawn and his team dealt with each situation with urgency and still met expectations. We highly recommend SB Interior Renovations and will definitely use them for future projects.

Shawn did a great job painting a wall in our living room- he was nice, worked quickly, and offered great value!

We hired Shawn to do drywall, mudding, tapping and priming

It all started great, Shawn subcontracted the drywall to Alex and his team.

However, when Alex finished the job. We agreed to pay Shawn then he would pay Alex. We paid Shawn $4000 and Shawn was supposed to pay Alex $3750 for the drywall. Note that total job was $12k.

Shawn paid Alex $2,000, Shawn mentioned he got health issues so we him some breathing room. However, Alex continued to contact us saying Shawn hasnt paid the balance.

Alex was threatening to put a lien on our property for what was owed. Shawn did do a couple of phone calls with us and promised us that he would send the remainder to Alex.

Week came and gone, Alex continues to contact us saying he didnt get paid.

We divided our basement in 2 and I did the framing and drywall hanging. We hired Shawn to do the mudding and taping and he did a great job!

Shawn did fresh coat of paint and repaired large cracks in the drywall on a rental apartment. Very quick and professional work.

We paid $3400 to have Sean come and dry wall our framed basement. This was partial payment for just putting up the drywall. Sean did not show up instead 3 workers (2 looked to be in thier early 20s and 1 was in his 50s) did. they did not apply the dry wall correctly. They covered the shower in drywall even though we asked them not to. They also drywalled over a wall that we told them not to because we needed to replace the Vapor barrier behind it and were in the process of doing that.

They left a complete mess not only of our basement but also in our backyard. One of the young workers even came upstairs and said we forgot our broom can we borrow yours? They did not clean up after themselves AT ALL. We had drywall dust everywhere and small bits of discarded drywall all over the stairs and basement. Our laundry room is down there that we still used - it wasnt like we never go down there? We have two small dogs and they left a large pile of discarded drywall/ screws and insulation in our back yard and upon repeated attempts to get SOMEONE from the company to come and clean it up my husband ended up having to do it almost 5 weeks later!

Sean was paid before we got to closely examine the work and we feel robbed ! This company did NOT meet our expectations and is now avoiding our calls and requests for some of the payment to be returned to us! Sean is not a reliable business owner and told us write a bad review I dont care BEWARE THIS COMPANY !!
