Great company! We will be using them again in the future. Enlarged three basement windows which turned out beautifully and made a huge difference to our space. Prices were competitive but not the cheapest and we chose them because of the number of great reviews.
The salesman, Albert, was super friendly and professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had additional questions. The crew that came out to do the install were all very polite, hard working, and did a phenomenal job. The cuts were perfect without any damage to the concrete extending beyond the necessary cuts and the finish work including the caulking was done neatly. The team also protected my hardwood floors with mats for access to and from the basement. After the install, the crew made sure I knew how the windows functioned and how quickly the screens can be removed in the event of an emergency. Really happy with the quality and functionality of the windows. We went with casement windows and they open to a complete 90 degree angle which would make exiting through the window very easy if need be. The screens on these windows is on the inside of the window instead of the outside which is genius to avoid critters from destroying them (my last house!) and it can be removed in less than a second with a quick pop off function. Also had a great steel grate solution for a window that was hidden by a deck (see pic). Weve now had three heavy rainfalls since the install and they all drain perfectly. Highly recommend this company; well be having them out to do our door next :) Thanks for your great service and workmanship!
