I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jay and his team at Sapphire Stairs & Railing for their exceptional work in renovating my stairs and railing. They transformed my stairs within a few days, and the results were truly amazing. The team was professional, punctual, and very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves and even stained the stairs to the exact color I wanted, drying it at their warehouse to avoid inconveniencing us. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
