Out of the 10 contractors I interviewed and received quotes from, we decided to award our home renovations contract to Expert Renos based on their portfolio, thoroughness, professionalism and quote. The scope of our work included a complete renovation of our 2nd floor bathroom, installation of soundproofing on main and 2nd floor, complete top to bottom Flooring, complete top to bottom painting, kitchen finishes, Stairs, Potlighting, and Complete Renovation of Laundry Room and Basement Bathroom. The duo, Manuel and Philippe, were hands down one of the most professional contractors I have encountered. Due to my profession being in the Commercial Real Estate Property Management industry, I most certainly had quite a bit of questions (on a daily basis), as well as a tad bit of micro-managing, however, both Philippe and Manuel patiently and thoroughly clarified any questions, as well as professionally handled my micro-management. They are detail and results-oriented. The subcontractors they employed were also professionals and were supervised. Their portfolio speak for themselves. Every penny is worth it. I had the intention of selling my house after the renovations, but Expert Renos turned it into a home and we are happy to stay! Thanks so much, Manuel and Philippe!
