Our Hot Water tank gave out and we needed a quick replacement.
We had used Furnace family in the past and had good service, and decided to use them again.
They came out the following day, and we discussed the options. We decided on a Tankless system with a small reservoir for instant hot water.
Where we thought that it would be several days to get the install, they were able to fit us in for the following day.
Everyone from the Front office, Sales, and installation were a delight to deal with and made us feel comfortable on the overall transaction. Installation was quick, and they cleaned up the entire area after installation.
While expensive, we feel the expense and monies paid were worth it.
