We had sewer back up in the basement due to poor grading of the drain pipes under the floor of the basement in addition the the previous owner/contractor not properly closing off unused drains that didnt even have p-traps.
I contacted Tornado Plumbing and they were immediately responsive and attentive to our concerns. The had someone out the very next day with a fiver optic camera to assess the situation. After determining the issues, they explained everything very clearly and presented our options.
They started the work very quickly and along the way they took plenty of pictures and communicated very openly with regular status reports.
They finished the job within their projected time frame and within the budget that they had communicated.
The work was very clean, professional and to code. They took plenty of pictures of their progress.
Im extremely happy with their work and I would happily recommend them to anyone for any of their plumbing needs.
