Camera inspection of bathroom, kitchen, and perimeter drains; routing out of kitchen drain
Excellent service! Daniel responded very quickly to my request for service and followed up promptly with a phone call. He was courteous, polite, and professional. When he arrived on site, he explained all charges up front and proceeded with the work once I agreed to them. While inspecting the drains, he invited me to watch the display screen as he was working so I could clearly see the condition of the pipes. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He also provided multiple solutions to the issues and suggested lower-cost alternatives. His invoice was clear, very detailed, and easy to understand. There were no hidden charges and everything was itemised.
Daniel is a super person to work with and has an above-standard work ethic. Most appreciated is his "can-do" attitude and his willingness to help solve our plumbing issues to our satisfaction. We will be hiring him for any and all future work and we will also be actively promoting him and his business to all and sundry.
