Edward from Consumers Energy Management showed an excellent customer service commitment. He returned my call while he was on vacation, and upon returning from his vacation around 7 PM set out to our house to fix the problem with our heat water unit (stayed until 9:30 PM). He had to come again and, finding the faulty part, ordered the part. Upon receiving it, he immediately came back and fixed the issue. I just paid for cleaning the unit.
